An entrepreneur for more than 30 years, Dale has seen too many other small business owners struggle with their finances. While skilled with food, service or sales, these individuals can sometimes have a harder time managing money. That’s why Dale has devoted his career to understanding finances and developing relationships that afford him an opportunity to truly help others.

Dale became an Investment Adviser Representative and a licensed insurance professional (AR Lic#3002452237) in 2010. He can offer both insurance and investment advisory products and services. Dale earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Southern Mississippi in 1992 and his MBA from Liberty University in 2013.

Dale lives with his wife, Tina, in Niceville, Florida and splits his time between Florida and Arkansas. They have three grown children — Les, Madison and Courtney — and seven grandchildren. Family time also includes Sylvie, an 85-pound Labrador. While away from office, he loves being on the water, either on his boat at Greers Ferry Lake in Arkansas or fishing in the Gulf.

Growing up as a McGregor taught Les many life skills and practicing strong and focused work habits has allowed him to excel in his career. He’s worked with his father in behind the-scenes roles in the family business for many years developing outstanding leadership skills along the way. His expertise in people development and operational supervision was further enhanced when he became the Director of Operations in 2025.

Les received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas in 2015 and has been devoted to service-related roles since graduation. He is a proud father of three children: Jagger and twin siblings Baylen and Blakely who encompass the energy and excitement for life of their father.

Les and his children are actively involved in their church and community where they live in Conway, Arkansas. He supports all advisors and oversees the back-office operations of the firm from the Greenbrier, Arkansas office location.

Rebecca Ricks hosts the FedImpact Federal Retirement Workshops in Collierville, TN and holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Arkansas. As a licensed financial professional, Rebecca focuses on helping people make the most of their benefits while working and planning for retirement.

After witnessing how many families needed help, she began extensive training on understanding the complexities of insurance benefits. It is her mission to help everyone understand their employment benefits and how to build a successful retirement planning strategy.

Rebecca is a native of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and has been married to her husband, Beau, for over 34 years. They have one daughter, Helon, and now enjoy the grandparent life with two handsome grandsons. When she isn’t helping her clients, Rebecca enjoys traveling, flying her 1947 tail-dragger, disc golf and family time. She is also an avid snow skier. Austin can offer insurance products and services to individuals and families across Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee and in his home state of Arkansas.

When he’s not helping clients, Austin cherishes spending time with his young family. He’s happily married to his wife, Anna Kay, and they’re blessed with two beautiful daughters. An outdoors enthusiast, Austin spends his free time hunting, fishing and creating memories with his family.

After a successful few years in the aerospace industry, Madison developed a desire to continue the family legacy and help others with finances. His focus is to help people not only work towards a successful retirement but structure their finances in a way to truly enjoy life along the journey.

A graduate of the New Life Church School of Ministry in Arkansas, Madison earned his CBSM in both Biblical Studies and Worship Leadership. He and his family are actively involved in their community and church where he utilizes his natural guitar and singing talents in worship ministry.

Madison and his wife, Kelcie, have two children: Asher and Remi Kate, and reside in Freeport, Florida. Family time also includes two fur-babies Sagun and Marty. All members of the family are avid golfers, and they love to be on the beach or a boat enjoying the Florida coastal waters when not at work or school.

Josh Carapina joined McGregor Financial Group in 2025 and hosts the FedImpact Federal Retirement workshops in Metairie, LA. As a dedicated Financial Advisor, as well as designation as a Certified Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS), he helps individuals and families build comprehensive financial strategies to meet their goals. Working in the financial services industry since 2017, Josh is driven by a passion for educating clients, ensuring they understand the “why” behind every recommendation.

Josh believes that sound financial planning is about more than just numbers; it’s about helping clients feel secure in their future and confident so that they can retire with dignity and leave behind a meaningful legacy for the next generation. Investing can be emotional, so it’s important for Josh to establish a solid relationship with his clients that is firmly rooted in trust.

A native of Metairie and a graduate of Archbishop Rummel High School and The University of New Orleans, he has deep roots in his community and a commitment to helping his neighbors thrive. Away from work, Josh is a devoted husband and father to his three sons.

Virginia is a Huntsville native, born and raised in North Alabama. She has been serving clients in the financial services industry for 24 years. In her role of advisor, she works with clients by providing information and solutions to empower confident decisions about their future. Through financial planning, investment strategies, risk management, and tax efficiency, Virginia is able to help her clients maximize their assets for their desired outcomes. Virginia’s expertise goes beyond charts and numbers; she is passionate about delivering peace and confidence for her clients’ lives while building meaningful relationships along the way.

Virginia has a BS in Business Management/Administration from Troy University. Growing up in a family business she understands the daily grind and importance of saving, financial planning and strategy. As a mother of 2 children, she understands the need for proper legacy planning and risk management insurance strategies.

A graduate of Christopher Newport University, Maurice has spent nearly a decade as a dedicated financial planning professional based in Richmond, VA.

After serving in the U.S. Army, Maurice began guiding others through the complexities of financial planning at a local firm. He joined the nationally recognized McGregor Financial Group and became a ProFeds Member Advisor in 2025 to help federal employees prepare for and attain a successful retirement from government service.

Maurice developed exceptional resilience and teamwork skills as an All-Star high school and college athlete. These skills prepared him for his most important role as father to Cali, a beautiful, energetic and inspiring five-year-old daughter.

While away from the office, Maurice is actively involved with different youth focused foundations, including serving as a board member for the Hampton-Newport News (VA) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. In these roles, he helps support underserved communities and expand scholarship opportunities for local students.
