Rebecca Ricks

Rebecca Ricks holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Arkansas. As a licensed insurance professional, Rebecca focuses on helping people make the most of their benefits while working and planning for retirement.

After witnessing how many employees and their families needed help, she began extensive training on understanding the complexities of insurance benefits. It is her mission to help as many employees as possible understand their benefits and how this could impact their plan for a confident retirement.

Rebecca is a native of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and has been married to her husband, Beau, for over 34 years. They have one daughter, Helon, and now enjoy the grandparent life with two handsome grandsons. When she isn’t helping her clients, Rebecca enjoys traveling, flying her 1947 tail-dragger, disc golf and family time. She is also an avid snow skier.
